Special Requirement Saddles

The Mshai Treeless End/Trek saddle has benen redefined as a dressage saddle for a para dressage rider with all the modifications made to their specifications. It has adapted itself very well to its new role as a dressage saddle. The modifications to the saddle were, larger knee blocks to push out the knee roll in order to give more support to the leg and lower calf block to give support to the back of the lower leg, straps were added which are press stud fixed for easy removal and held together by Velcro for easy release. The back support is made from orthopaedic Plastazote® which is heat moulded to shape, it is mould resistant and has good thermal properties, the padding is made from Poron® low density & anti microbacterial. The whole back support was then covered in leather and attached by Velcro to the underside of the seat and the top of the saddle, thus making the support easy to attach & remove for safe access to the saddle.

As all the saddles are my own designs, we can modify or adapt any of the saddles to specific requirements, if it is feasible. Quotes will have to be obtained prior to any work carried out. Payment must also be made before the modifications to the saddles are made.
