Hello Linda I have to thank you for the prompt delivery of my Msai saddle. It is just what we needed for comfortable laid back hacking and so well made too. Percy and I have been out several times to try it out and he is walking out well and behaving himself which being an arab is quite difficult at times! hi Linda wow what an excellent service. My saddle did indeed arrive yesterday Mon at midday and thankyou so much for the prompt service. I also love the little charm key ring what a nice personal touch. My veteran horse has to be ridden in a treeless asddle as he has very high withers and a treed saddle is not suitable. This has been the case for the past 6 years and I have a torsion leather endurance treeless saddle which was pretty much all that was available in a treeless saddle at that time but it is now in great need of repair which is why I was looking for a good quality afffordable spare treeless saddle to use whilst it is getting repaired and to have a choice. The synthetic saddle I have bought from you is excellent value for money and I tried it on my horse today and it seems just fine. In fact i feel in even closer contact with my horse than in my torison saddle which is bulkier and heavier. I am using my torison equipad with it and girth but will probably save up and buy both from you as and when i can. Hi Linda I just have to write to to congratulate you on your own design of the tree-less saddle The Mshai it arrived today exactly within 24hrs like you said which I thought was pretty swift service .along with your patience and advice which gave me the confidence to choose the right saddle I must say I did have a few misgiving about buying a saddle on line as I had heard all sorts of horror stories of being ripped off but the quality that you assured in leather and workmanship is well founded it look and feels really great and with the interchangeable saddle seats !!well that is a fantastic bonus I will certainly be coming back to you in the future and will be keeping a eye out for the new designs this summer.I will be telling all my friends in the yard how proud I am of my new saddle. I received the saddle today by courier lovely to get it so quick. I rushed down the yard to put it on caleb and we went for a wonderful hack. Sadly because of the snow it was only a slow one but the saddle was soo comfy and soft for him and me he did not do his usual dance after I had got on and we had a lovely quiet walk down the track. I found he moved much easier than he did before and he listened more to me. We are both really happy with the saddle and look forward to lots more calm quiet hacks together.
